This Contract is made for the benefit of Party A and Party B and their respective lawful successors and assignees and is legally binging on them. This Contract may not be changed orally, but only by a written instrument signed by Party A and Party B and approved by the Examination and Approval Authority.
本合同是为甲方和乙方及其各自合法的继承人和受让人的利益而签订的，对他们均有法律约束力。不可对本合同作口头修改，任何修改只有经甲方和乙方签署书面文件并经审批机关批准后方可作出。
