(b) Each of the documents and approvals listed in Article7 (a) above shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Party B. If any of the above conditions precedent are not fulfilled within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, and if Party B does not agree in writing to waive such conditions precedent or to extend the time for their fulfillment, then Party B shall have the right to terminate this Contract. 以上第7条(a) 款所列的文件及批准的形式和内容应使乙方满意.如有效日后90天内没有实现以上先决条件,且乙方不同意以书面形式放弃以上先决条件或延长实现期限的,乙方有权中止本合同.
